What time is check in?
Check in time is from 15.00.
What time is check out?
Check out time is 11.00 at the latest.
Is there a minimum age requirement to book a hotel room?
If you are under 18 and travelling alone the hotel will need approval from your parents or legal guardian. The hotel may ask for ID when checking in or out.
Do you offer Internet service at your hotels?
We offer free wireless Internet at all our hotels.
What parking options are available?
All our hotels offer free parking.
Are your hotels accessible for wheelchair users?
We kindly ask you to contact the hotel you are interested in staying at for more information.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are allowed at our hotels.
Are guide dogs allowed?
Guide dogs are very welcome at our hotels.
Is smoking allowed at your hotels?
All our hotels are “smoke free”.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is always included in the price.
Are taxes included in the price?
Taxes are included in the price.
What is PURE’s family room policy?
We charge 400 NOK per day for an extra bed for adults and children over 12. Toddlers under two years stay for free, but we charge 200 NOK per day for toddlers over the age of two. (Children cot costs 100 NOK a day)*
What kind of credit cards and payment methods do you accept?
PURE Hotels accept Visa, Mastercard and BankAxept payments.
How do I cancel a prepaid reservation?
Prepaid reservations can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours after the reservation was made. After that, and up until 72 hours upon arrival, you will be able to cancel the reservation for a fee of 500 NOK per day.
What is PURE’s cancellation policy for non-prepaid reservations?
We kindly ask you to cancel your reservation before noon on the day of the arrival in order to avoid a “no show fee”.
I am a Mac user and cannot seem to register my payment?
This is a problem related to BankID, which is a standard security solution used by most Norwegian banks and payment service providers. Mac users often experience that BankID does not register keystrokes. Some users recommend refreshing the site or returning to the previous page before trying again.
I have food allergies, what can you offer?
We kindly ask you to inform us about your requirements under the commentary section of your booking. All our menus contain information about all ingredients used.
Do you offer allergy friendly rooms?
All our hotels offer allergy friendly rooms that are free of carpets and equipped with synthetic pillows and duvets.
